At Elite Aura Collective we want to ensure that we maintain the safety and quality of our products and staff. Unfortunately due to the delicate nature of our products and for safety reasons Elite Aura Collective does not accept returns this includes digital products. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please send an email to info@eliteauracollective.com within 7 days of the purchase date. Your email must include the customer name, order number and email address used to place the order and a clear photo of the damaged or defective items. If after inspection Elite Aura Collective accepts your order as damaged or defective, you will be sent a replacement.

Incorrect Order Received

If you receive an incorrect order or if you are missing items from your order, please send an email to info@eliteauracollective.com with a picture of your entire order with the packaging slip within 7 days of your purchase. Once your order has been confirmed by Elite Aura Collective, you will receive a replacement for the missing items.
