MARKETING AND PROMOTION

Elite Aura Collective agrees to make every reasonable effort to market its Contracts. It will use its best efforts to give equal emphasis and promotion to the scope of work contracted. The Client understands that all marketing efforts may not always result in a desirable outcome , for example, Client receiving none or lower sales, bookings, followers, or clients from marketing efforts than perceived by the the Client. In marketing and administering its Contracts, Elite Aura Collective will comply with all applicable provincial and federal laws. To continue to expand their portfolio, the client agrees that Elite Aura Collective and Subcontractors may use their content and completed work in the Contractor's promotional materials including but not limited to social media, newspaper, radio, news outlets, paid ads, billboards, videos, campaigns, presentations, campaigns, and in person interviews. Client also agrees that Contractor may use their work and likeness in all promotional materials whether or not the Client has shared the work on their social media platforms or materials. Client agrees that the Subcontractor(s) hire by Elite Aura Collective is entitled to have Subcontractor(s) with a back-link to the Subcontractor(s) website on any websites created under the subcontracting agreement with Elite Aura Collective and the Client.

TICKET PURCHASE TERMS & EVENT POLICY

By purchasing a ticket to any events hosted by Elite Aura Collective, you agree to the following terms:

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred to another guest up to 72 hours before the event, pending written confirmation from our team. Your ticket secures your spot, materials, and all included experiences outlined on the event page. If you are unable to attend, no credits, refunds, or partial refunds will be issued. In the rare circumstance that we must reschedule or cancel the event, all guests will receive the choice of a full refund or complimentary transfer to the new event date. We reserve the right to adjust event details (menu items, décor elements, timing, programming, or venue layout) if needed to ensure a smooth guest experience.

By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for marketing purposes.
